The remarkable cut and puncture resistance offered by SafeGrasp™ products is the result of a revolutionary new technology called SuperFabric® brand material.

Added protection is literally built into our products to which this new patented technology is applied. The SuperFabric® brand material process applies hard, micro-sized resin guard plates to a fabric base. Instead of merely attaching the guard plates to the fabric surface, the process actually embeds or integrates them into the fabric itself. The result is an extremely durable, yet flexible, composite material.

The guard plates deliver high cut protection – and multiple layers of guard plates provide extraordinary puncture resistance.




The SafeGrasp's™ Proven Superior Performance
SafeGrasp™ products use several types of SuperFabric® brand material. Depending on the type of fabric used, our products can be made with amazing puncture resistance, cut resistance, abrasion resistance, grip and durability.

Laboratory Tests
Laboratory tests show that SuperFabric® brand materials have superior puncture resistance, cut resistance, great grip, amazing abrasion resistance and durability while remaining flexible and comfortable.  A new high tech fabric for use in your everyone projects around your home and yard.




Tests have found that the areas of SafeGrasp™ gloves on which SuperFabric® brand material is used offer 90X the puncture resistance of “high-tech” ararmid knit gloves and 3X the puncture resistance of leather gloves.  They have also been shown to provide cut resistance 14X that of leather and more than double that of aramid knit gloves.


It is important to note that SafeGrasp™ products are cut resistant and/or puncture resistant in areas covered by SuperFabric® brand material. They are not cut or puncture proof. Any use that puts excessive puncture or cutting pressure on the SuperFabric® brand material may cause serious injury. SafeGrasp™ products are not intended for protection from moving or serrated tools or blades.
